Returns & Exchanges

At Sacoor Brothers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached, and include the original invoice or delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point or Sacoor Brothers boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
